Who we are

Primrose Holdings LLC owns rental property in Ypsilanti, Michigan, and handles tenant information under this policy. This policy covers the information we handle when you use this site, text our maintenance line, or otherwise contact us as a tenant or prospective tenant.

What we collect

• Contact details you provide — name, phone number, email address.
• Your property and unit, so we can dispatch the right work.
• Maintenance and service request details, including descriptions, photos, and the message history of your requests.
• For optional paid services: quote and payment records. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

How we use it

To operate maintenance and tenant services: receiving and tracking requests, scheduling and dispatching work, sending you status updates (including by text message), quoting and billing optional services you order, and keeping the records a landlord is required to keep. We do not use your information for third-party advertising and we do not sell it.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who need it to do work for us — for example our SMS carrier (Twilio) to deliver messages, our payment processor (Stripe) to take payments, and contractors dispatched to your unit (who see the request details needed to do the job) — or where the law requires it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with, or sold to, any third party.

Text messaging (SMS)

By providing your phone number on your lease or through this site, you agree to receive text messages from us about your maintenance and service requests — confirmations, status updates, scheduling, and quotes — and occasional urgent property notices, such as severe-weather or safety alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your lease; we will use other contact methods.

Retention

We keep maintenance and billing records for as long as we own or operate the property. Personal details tied to them — your name, contact info, and message history — are deleted or anonymized seven years after your tenancy ends.
